Privacy Policies

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses. The information you provide is not shared with non-authorized third parties.

We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

When it comes to payment sections, please make sure to see the security lock on your browser to confirm the identity of the site before providing your credit card information.

Reservation Policies

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No show policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Children policy:
Up to 12 years old children will be considered as minors. 13 years old to 17 will be charged as juniors; 2 less than 17 years old children can share room with 2 adults.

Pets policy:
Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Oversold policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

Early departures
Early departures for various reasons such as family death and / or illness, problems on the way or displeasure to the hotel, etc., will apply a night of total room charge in low season. In high season the charge will apply for two nights. And, in defined periods like “premium” the total charge of the stay will be applied.

  • High season: Summer, Winter, Easter, Mexican holidays and holidays weekends.
  • Premium season: Holy Week, New Year.
  • If the early departure is requested due to noise remodeling, cause attributable to the hotel or non-compliance with agreed services, Front Desk must proceed to a solution or pay back the remaining nights.
